IHP is an environmental testing and safety training company based in Guam, USA.  The company was originally founded in 1994 as a sole propriety and was later incorporated in 1997.  The founder and president of IHP is John M. Fernandez, a Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional and Certified Marine Chemist.  IHP provides consultation and technical services in industrial hygiene, environmental health, construction safety, and marine safety.  IHP also presents OSHA, EPA, and DOT required safety training courses/seminars.  As an added convenience to customers, IHP also supplies selected brands of safety equipment and supplies.
